Why I created 21 Daily Bites ?

This 21 day mini project was born because I'm a 'Hopeaholic' who's learned it takes more than just hope to get me through the day...

During the unrelenting twists and turns of the pandemic I've not been immune to yo-yo-ing confidence, sense of loss and deep dread. That's why I'm kicking off the new year proactively with a positive and doable daily practice. I listened to so many people telling me they wanted to prepare themselves in the early weeks of 2021, to increase their confidence, re-focus their energy on what they can control in their life to identify, accept and practice believing in their greatest gifts- their mental strength and individuality to fear less and brave more each day. If any of that chimes with you, then this is for YOU! I'd love for you to come with me on this adventure. It's my first experience of creating an online course so it's been a big leap of faith and bravery!

  • What's included?

    You'll receive 21 guided daily activities with a video from Charley plus online and print version of the Encouragement journal to log your learning and insights.

  • How much time will it take?

    Each daily video with activity takes no longer than 10 minutes. The perfect time it takes to stop for a cup of coffee and a biscuit!

  • What happens if I miss a day or two?

    If you miss a day or two, don't fret, just pick up where you left off, when you are ready to get started again. It's all at your pace and you're in control of your self-learning speed.

  • Can I get a refund if I don't enjoy it?

    Of course if you find it's not for you, we'll be happy to issue a full refund.

  • Can I access individual coaching with Charley?
